Zoe has the great ability to see and implement a vision, but will need people around her who can move at her pace. She can move incredibly quick as she pre-empts both potential blockers and the levers needed for progression, and so I hope she has a team behind her who can work at the same velocity. She is a big advocate for work/life balance and knows how to manage her time amongst client needs, team needs, and her dog needs!

Zoe is assertive and doesn't get involved in any suger coating. I wouldn't take it personal. But juniors and less confident employees should know that this is simply a value/communication style. Nothing personal. Zoe is very resourceful and you can always rely on her support.
