At Lucid Motors, building the Customer Care team from scratch required that I was responsible for evaluating and implementing system tools, defining the strategy, hiring and training new team members, and designating departmental metrics and reporting.

Pet pictures are the instant key to my heart - so much so that during my time at Lucid Motors, I founded the Pets@Lucid channel for the entire organization. Shoutouts or chocolate always go right! In fact, you can often find a bowl of candy on my desk (at home or in the office) for this very reason. 🍫
