A little bit about me, I have 10 years of experience in Sales and Support, the intersection of which is Customer Success. I am unemployed. My last role was with Docusign and working in sales support, I specialized in engaging with the customer. I love helping customers and looking out for the customer's best interests. I am now looking for a customer success role to help me accomplish my goals of making the customer successful through their customer journey, milestone after milestone.
