I love to help make people better versions of themselves, and give them the confidence to achieve more than they thought they could. If I can do that, our team will be better and we'll win! Doing so requires a learner's mindset and having a good time while doing it. If we have fun, learn, and execute efficiently while remaining accountable for results, motivation should flow naturally.
