My areas for growth
1. It's my first year officially working remote full time. I'm committed to learning how to balance work and life effectively. 2 & 3. I'm committed to learning how to effectively communicate clearly when working. I can sometimes be all over the place and while my chaos has a method, learning how to communicate it to others is a goal of mine.
