As a UX Designer, Figma is the most creative and fun for me. Jira and Confluence, despite the friction points they sometimes have, are critical to team planning and collaboration. Slack kind of gets on my nerves with all of the notifications, so I have to set boundaries there with focus time/away time, as well as what types of notifications to receive.
