A special kind of audit completed and a US EE handbook almost complete! Thank you Heather for the massive heavy lift. Hiring Matt to take on the mess of Compensation and Benefits, and having a plan to fix it. Coming out of our first board meeting unscathed. Hawley's team is finally coming out of the cobwebs and doing what they were actually hired to do! Neeta and her team taking on all the changes and challenges of global TA--rolling with it, adjusting, accommodating and still offering a great candidate experience. And...Lisa. Lisa being Lisa. Taking on both Frank and me. It's a loooot and she doesn't it with a smile.
