I really admire teammates who are…
willing to dig in AND push boundaries. In my mind, there's a wonderful balance between data and innovation that is an infinitely fun game of pushing and pulling. I hope my teammates always feel they can bring any idea to the table (let's be real, we probably would just be riding really optimized horses if someone hadn't thought there could possibly be a different and better way). The teammates who have also inspired me most are those that endlessly research. They are always asking why, who, when, where, and looking into data to try to find answers.
TLDR: ask out of the box questions and do research to uncover answers. Think weird and different - if you don't, someone else will.

When I'm stressed, you might notice me…
Get quiet. I typically go inwards when I feel overwhelmed. It's not always a bad thing! I also process new information and data independently, but if I'm extra quiet - please check in! I really appreciate a slack, text, or call when I feel overwhelmed or stressed to know I have my work family backing me up.

A fun fact about me is…
I've spent my entire adult life rescuing senior/hospice dogs. The older and stinkier, the better.

The best environment for me is:
no swiss cheese calendarlots of in person collab
I like to have blocks of meetings back to back and separate large blocks to dig in on deep work. I'm most inspired to generate out of the box ideas when I can have "in person" brainstorming sessions (or the zoom equivalent)

I'm energized at work by…
getting sh*t done.building stuffsolving problemsjam sessions
Someone once told me that I'm the type of person that runs into the fire when everyone else is running the other direction. Nothing energizes me more than a seemingly "impossible" problem. "Can't" isn't something I believe it.
