Spent over a decade searching for some sense of belonging in public accounting. It was adequate, provided financial security, and I was good at it, but it was a job and I struggled to fit in. Somehow I found a niche working with tech companies that provides me with a client base that energizes me and values the skill set I can provide… but it still wasn’t working… so I founded my own CPA firm last year and have never been happier
