What I'm like at work
I both love people and love being away from them - I need both and I need balance. I often approach things from an alternative viewpoint - I look to see how I can contribute to whatever I see. Please don't take this as criticism of you, only of me caring enough to point out how we make something even better. Also be aware that I am neurodiverse; this can mean that your logic doesn't match my logic. If that's the case, I would love to talk it through so I can understand and integrate your views - they can only make us (and what we work on) even better.

Feedback. Gimme, gimme, gimme. I need to regular get feedback on what I'm doing well and what I need to improve, with reasons for both. I don't just want to hear what to do, I want to know why. Compassionately challenge me - don't let me get away with acting small but also don't crush me under the weight of to much expectation.
