What should we use birthdays and work anniversaries for?

Teams on Candor use Birthdays and Work Anniversaries to celebrate each other's birthdays and the anniversary of starting work at the company. You can also use it to welcome a new employee to the team. It's an easy-to-use digital card for your teammate who is celebrating a special day.

How does the employee receive their celebratory messages?

Candor will send the employee a notification on the day of their celebration. When the employee opens the link, they'll see all of their teammates' celebratory messages.

Can you add memes, gifs, and images to celebration messages?

You can't add memes, gifs, and images to celebration messages... yet! We will be releasing this functionality soon.
